Well, after a while of not going to the gym, I'm BACK! I've had a few trips to the gym in the past ten days or so to shock my body with some good long cardio sessions. But today was the real start back with an hour and a half session with my trainer, Jolene.
So, today was trying out every single exercise in my new three-day split routine, and wow, it's brutal. (or at least doing one of each thing is pretty damn brutal!)
I'm scheduled in for another trainer session next month, but until then it's this schedule, three times a week.
